The Parish Ladies Guild

The Parish Ladies Guild This organization was formed by Father Ted Wegrowski in the fall of 1954. At that time the main event for the Ladies Guild was the Cake Sale, a summer favorite among people who welcomed the baked goods!
Today the remaining members continue to be active in the parish, assisting with duties around the church, such as cleaning of the altar linens.

The Rosary Society

From the very beginning of our Parish, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was honored by our Polish people when they named their Church, Our Lady of Poland, in tribute to their beloved heavenly queen. Subsequently, a few months later, the Rosary Society was formed in May 1919.
Today members of the Rosary Society say the Rosary daily after the 7:30AM Mass. All are welcome to join them. In addition, during the month of October, the Rosary and Benediction of Blessed Sacrament is held each Friday at 5PM in English and 6PM in Polish.

Southampton Polish American Society

Established in October 2015, the Southampton Polish American Society, is a not-for profit organization of “do-gooders” serving the community. Our “country church” as Bishop Murphy referred to a few years ago, has embraced all nationalities. Over the years, since the founding in 1918 by Polish immigrants, Our Lady of Poland Church, has grown to become quite international, consisting of many ethnic groups, but when we enter the church we are all the same: Catholic. Our goal is to strengthen our faith, keep our children and the young adults close to their church, be proud of being Catholic and provide mutual support when and where needed.
On the first Sunday of each month, the Southampton Polish American Society hosts “Sunday Socials” in our downstairs meeting room from 10AM -12PM. All parishioners and friends are welcome to come and meet the person who sits next to them in church. Coffee and pastries are served. There are games, crayons and books for the children. The December Social features a special Christmas party for the children. If you would like to become a member of the Southampton Polish American Society, please call the rectory for contact information.
